Every essential VoF250 pathway is being designed with an online path and a staff-assisted path for people who cannot or do not want to complete it on their own device.
Staff-assisted in advance
A trained team member can help create the record with you rather than asking you to navigate the system alone.
Welcome Home on site
If you arrive without a profile, staff can create it at Welcome Home, issue your credential, record accommodations you choose to disclose, and continue your day.
Fallback at every scan
Every QR credential also receives a short code. Authorized staff can use that code if a camera, phone, network, or screen is not cooperating.
