1. Admission + credentials

Admission requires a valid ticket, Honor Pass, staff credential, participating-organization credential or other authorization recognized by VoF250. Credentials may be digital or physical and can be single-use or identity-linked. VoF250 may require reasonable identity or eligibility verification consistent with the credential type.

2. Ticket and QR security

Do not publish, duplicate or share a QR code or credential token in a way that allows unauthorized use. The first valid scan of a single-use credential may control admission. Lost, compromised or copied credentials should be reported promptly. VoF250 may replace, disable or reissue credentials when operationally appropriate.

3. Venue, security + prohibited items

All attendees are subject to applicable venue, security, bag, screening, prohibited-item, fire-code and safety requirements. Final venue-specific lists will be published when confirmed and are incorporated into these Event Terms. Refusal to comply with lawful safety screening or venue rules may result in denied entry or removal.

4. Conduct

VoF250 is designed around honor, dignity, listening and connection. Harassment, threats, violence, intimidation, disruptive intoxication, hate-directed conduct, unauthorized solicitation, credential fraud, unsafe behavior or interference with staff/event operations is prohibited. VoF250 may deny entry or remove a person when reasonably necessary to protect participants, veterans, staff, partners or the event.

5. Veterans, stories + consent-sensitive spaces

Veterans control whether they participate in storytelling or recording experiences. No attendee may pressure a veteran to disclose personal experiences or record a consent-sensitive interaction where recording is not permitted. SongKey Recording Studios, interviews, counseling/resource interactions and other designated areas may have additional privacy and recording rules.

6. Event photography + recording

VoF250 and credentialed media may photograph or record public event areas for documentation, news, archival and promotional purposes. Attendance in a public event environment may result in incidental capture. Specific interviews, testimonials, close-up storytelling, Voice Artifacts and other consent-sensitive uses should follow the applicable release/consent process. If you have a privacy or accessibility concern, contact staff so reasonable options can be discussed.

7. Schedule, talent + program changes

Published times, speakers, artists, activations, partners, layouts and program elements are subject to change. A schedule or lineup change does not automatically create a refund right. Current operational information will be communicated through official VoF250 channels.

8. Accessibility

VoF250 intends to provide an accessible experience and to communicate confirmed accessibility, mobility, seating, sensory and assistance information before the event. Guests needing an accommodation should contact VoF250 with reasonable advance notice when possible. We will work in good faith with the venue and event team to address reasonable requests consistent with safety and operational limits.

9. Minors

Age requirements can vary by ticket type, venue area, programming and time of day. A parent or guardian is responsible for minors in their care and for complying with applicable venue rules. Alcohol service, if any, is restricted by law and venue policy.

10. Commercial activity + brand use

Unauthorized selling, sampling, lead collection, recruiting, distribution, signage, ambush marketing or commercial activation is prohibited. Participating organizations may operate only within their approved scope and footprint. VoF250 trademarks and event branding may not be used to imply endorsement beyond the applicable written authorization.

11. Health + ordinary event risks

Large public events involve ordinary risks such as crowds, weather, travel, noise, standing, slips/falls and exposure to communicable illness. Attendees are responsible for following posted safety instructions and using reasonable care. Nothing here waives liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Postponement, relocation + cancellation

VoF250 may postpone, relocate, modify or cancel an event when reasonably necessary because of safety, venue conditions, weather, governmental action, force majeure or other material circumstances. Ticket and payment remedies are governed by the Refund/Cancellation Policy and any applicable written agreement.
