REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS

CLEAR BEFORE YOU PAY.

Different VoF250 payments fund different things. This policy explains the default treatment of contributions, sponsorships, tickets and participation payments unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

LEGAL + CUSTOMER CAREPrivacyTerms of UseRefunds + CancellationsEvent TermsGiving + Sponsorship TermsContact VoF250

1. Start with us

If you believe a payment was duplicated, entered incorrectly, unauthorized, or otherwise needs review, contact partners@voicesoffreedom250.com as soon as possible with the purchaser email, date, amount and Stripe/VoF250 reference if available. Do not email card numbers or security codes.

2. Contributions + Honor Pass sponsorships

Contributions and Honor Pass sponsorships are generally final once processed because funds may be committed to mission and participant-access purposes. We will review good-faith requests involving duplicate transactions, clear input errors or suspected unauthorized use when reported promptly. Requests should generally be made within 30 days of the payment. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

3. Tickets

Houston tickets are generally final sale. If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled date unless VoF250 announces another remedy. If VoF250 cancels the ticketed event and does not reschedule it, VoF250 will communicate the refund, credit or other remedy applicable to the cancelled event, subject to law and payment-processor rules.

Changes in performers, speakers, schedule, floor plan, weather conditions, individual program elements or a purchaser’s personal availability do not automatically create a refund right unless VoF250 expressly says otherwise or applicable law requires it.

4. Veterans Village + Mission Forward

Participation payments and deposits reserve scarce planning capacity, space, benefits, credentials, production work and/or program inventory. They are generally non-refundable once accepted or once VoF250 begins allocating those resources, except as required by law or provided in the applicable written participation agreement, proposal or custom quote.

If a package is only a deposit, the deposit does not eliminate the remaining balance. Cancellation, reduction, transfer, substitution, force-majeure treatment and any credit rights may be addressed in the participant’s written agreement. Those written terms control if they differ from this general policy.

5. Custom sponsorships + custom Mission Forward packages

Negotiated sponsorship and custom-package payments are governed first by the applicable written proposal, sponsorship agreement, participation agreement or approved quote. A secure Stripe checkout is the payment mechanism; it does not replace those commercial terms. If no separate written cancellation term exists, VoF250 will evaluate the work already committed or delivered, nonrecoverable third-party costs and applicable law before determining whether any refund or credit is available.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise is commercial merchandise, not a charitable contribution. Any product-specific return, exchange, shipping or final-sale terms displayed at the time of purchase govern merchandise orders. Event-payment rules do not automatically apply to merchandise.

7. How approved refunds are sent

Approved card refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment processor. We do not substitute cash or send a refund to an unrelated account. Bank and card processing times are outside VoF250’s control and can vary after the refund is submitted.

8. Chargebacks + disputes

Please contact VoF250 first when practical so we can investigate a duplicate, fulfillment issue or mistaken transaction quickly. This request does not waive a cardholder’s lawful dispute rights. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in cancellation of related credentials, participation or benefits as permitted by law and contract.

9. Force majeure + event interruption

Weather, venue conditions, governmental action, public-safety events, labor disruption, transportation interruption, illness, acts of God and other circumstances beyond reasonable control can require postponement, relocation, modification or cancellation. VoF250 will communicate the applicable remedy based on the circumstances, written agreements, amounts already performed or committed, and applicable law.
