A veteran requests an Honor Pass through the separate claim pathway and completes veteran-status verification before a funded pass is assigned.

The claim is verified before a funded pass is assigned. Sponsors never receive reusable redemption codes.
One credential is issued.
The verified participant receives a unique Honor Pass credential that can be checked in only once.
