How the funded pass is assigned:
The Honor Pass is not a coupon code. Sponsorships create funded inventory in one central Houston pool. A pass is assigned only after an eligible participant completes the claim and verification process. That keeps the system simple for sponsors, dignified for veterans and substantially harder to abuse.

Every $50 you give funds one Honor Pass and adds one available pass to the Houston sponsorship pool.
A service member claims.
Veterans, retirees, active duty, National Guard and Reserve members use the separate Honor Pass claim pathway.
Eligibility is verified.
The claim is verified before a funded pass is assigned. Sponsors never receive reusable redemption codes.
One credential is issued.
The verified participant receives a unique Honor Pass credential that can be checked in only once.
