Help using The Muster.
The Muster should be easy to use without knowing how the system is built. These are the shortest paths to the tasks members and local administrators use most.
Member tasks
Find your local community: Use Find a Muster and choose the active city, region, or installation nearest you.
Register for an event: Open Events, choose the gathering, and select Reserve My Place.
Request support: Open Get Support through your local Muster and submit a Warm Handoff request.
Update your information: Open My Muster to manage your profile and communication preferences.
Admin tasks
Create or update an event: Chapter Admin → Events.
Review support requests: Chapter Admin → Warm Handoffs.
Send a member update: Chapter Admin → Communications.
Manage local access: Chapter Admin → Team.
Update public copy: Chapter Admin → Public Page.
